VA Benefit Planning

If you’re a veteran, or a surviving spouse of a veteran, you might be eligible for the VA Improved Pension. While it is called a pension, it is more of a benefit for veterans and families of veterans who need assistance with in home care or assisted living. It is also known as Aid and Attendance. (NOTE: If you have found this page because you are looking for a veterans disability, don't fret, we have great connections with these types of attorneys. For a referral, call (951)304-3431.)  This pension, Aid and Attendance, provides valuable financial assistance to those who have served our country. And yet, few veterans are aware of their potential benefits. Approval for the VA Improved Pension is not dependent upon service-related injuries. It does, however, cover the cost of qualified, un-reimbursed medical expenses, the cost of an assisted living facility, or in-home nursing care.

I am a Veteran, but am I in the right place?
